The riding around the base

Beachfront pine forest, a Trail Center on site and some of Maremma's best riding from the door.

Punta Ala Trail Center

An MTB historic venue — in 2013 it hosted the first round of the Enduro World Series. Workshop, guided rides, rentals and a permanent pump track, right inside the resort.

Cala Violina & Bandite di Scarlino

The turquoise cove of Cala Violina and around 20 km of trails through the Bandite di Scarlino, minutes from the gate.

Ciclovia Tirrenica

The resort sits directly on the route of the future Ciclovia Tirrenica cycle way along the Tyrrhenian coast.

Diaccia Botrona & the Maremma hills

The wetlands of the Diaccia Botrona nature reserve towards Castiglione della Pescaia, and the hilltop village of Tirli for the climbers — in the heart of the Maremma Toscana DOC wine country.
